In his competition law practice, Tony provides advice and representation in relation to on mergers, criminal matters, and other restrictive trade practices.
Working across a wide range of industries, Tony assists clients in clearing transactions through the Canadian Competition Bureau and through Canada’s foreign investment review regime. Tony also helps clients structure distribution, licensing and other commercial agreements to avoid competition law problems, and advises on the scope of permissible activities. Tony also provides advice on the establishment of new businesses and the acquisition of existing businesses by foreign enterprises.
