Antoine Aylwin practices administrative, civil and commercial litigation.
Active before both judicial courts and administrative tribunals, Antoine deals with matters ranging from estate litigation, access to information, protection of personal information, and disciplinary law, to extraordinary remedies like injunctions and judicial review. An authority on privacy and information protection law, Antoine co-authored “Learning from a Decade of Experience: Quebec’s Private Sector Privacy Act,” which was published for the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
A frequent speaker and writer on prescient legal issues, Antoine supervised the preparation of informational sheets on Canada’s anti-spam legislation and on requesting references as a potential employer. An active member of the legal community, Antoine has served on numerous administrative boards, and is currently Vice President of the Québec Bar.
