Sarah Graves’ practice deals with all aspects of employment law, litigation and human rights.

Representing clients on employment standards, employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, workplace investigations, human rights, accommodation and disability issues, Sarah also provides strong, practical advice on class action avoidance strategies. Previously practicing with a major U.S. law firm in both New York and Connecticut, Sarah’s unique cross-border experience has allowed her to offer consistent, seamless strategic planning for multinational clients.

With extensive experience advising on the conduct of investigations including design, documentation, privilege issues, and report writing, Sarah also frequently deals with complex privilege and e-discovery issues. Working to provide important access to labor law trends and issues, Sarah is the editor of Fasken Martineau’s HR Space Bulletin. She also conducts training programs on Canadian labor and employment law for international clients, and speaks regularly on legislative developments and amendments.
