With considerable cross-border experience, Stuart regularly works closely with US counsel in advising clients in proceedings under the CCAA and the United States Bankruptcy Code. Stuart frequently represents prospective purchasers or investors in pursuing and completing sales and investment transactions in domestic and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
Regularly advising both private and public companies, Stuart’s clients span a broad range of stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, suppliers, customers and other contracting parties and monitors, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy.
