Tom Barlow regularly acts on issues of municipal law and government relations as well as infrastructure and public-private partnerships.
As part of his municipal law practice, Tom provides planning law opinions, applications, approvals and by-law interpretation. Working alongside many administrative boards and tribunals, Tom has advised on matters of compliance at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. As infrastructural development continues to remain a governmental focus in both Canada and the US, Tom has acted on significant alternative financings and delivery projects.
